I have a feeling that I failed my interview...
What makes you think that?
Where you feel that the interview was not successful?

Trust me the interview was intense. They asked questions you could not even prepare for. Just do your best. These are random questions. There is a very high probability you may not know the answer. They want to see how fast you can think and come up with ideas.
It's hard to know what exactly they are looking in the answers. Maybe that's why the feeling is like that.
The funny thing is how straight their faces looking while you speak. Lol. you have zero clue if you are going in the right direction. I tried so hard to read the panels faces, I just couldn't. But one thing I also noticed is.... they tend to bring you back on track

Your goal is to try and nail the questions they throw at you, not read their faces.
Anyway, in my experience, the interviews I failed were mostly the ones they "appeared" impressed with my answers. These days, I am not looking for nods or all those crap, I am looking for interviewers to pick holes in my argument let's slog it out.
Forget all these reading of faces. E no dey work.
Naija guy/girl. Did you interview already? Whats your expertise. Nigerian too. We could connect and share idea.

Where you feel that the interview was not successful? If you did well at the assessment, you may have a chance. both carry weights
Can you give a overview of the assessment center experience?
No free tickets. It is a confidential process. Nobody on here is discussing anything until January.
You are trying to play it smart lol.

Can you give a overview of the assessment center experience?
Is not a competition at all because all will come to your CV and the banks business needs. Giving an overview is not to tell us the questions. Is just to share the experience and let us know the main exercice of the assessment center.
otherwise if knowing prior will give significant advantages over others then people repeating the interview would always pass what is not true. It always depend of your individual performance. Can be your third time and still fail and some that did even knew the exercices and is their first time pass and get the job offer.
We all can pass and just those that the bank need are the ones selected.
I just wanted to know what individual exercises should I expect? I heard about presentations and writing, then is the group discussin while previous years there was only the group discussin and presentation.

Actually you already said what to expect. So you have a broad idea of how it works

Hi! Congrats! It's the best investment you can make! My wb ypp interview was last Wednesday. The mock interview with the openigo team was 3 days days before it - on Sunday!!!! It was the only day I was available and they managed to help me on this day. Two people interviewed for over an hour. It's very worth it. Good luck!Hello guys! I'm so sorry for the ones who got rejected! I was invited to the interview at D.C. few days ago. I'm super excited. I didn't know this forum. Actually, I'm now searching for all the info I can find about the interview at the WB. Do you guys know this website? https://www.openigo.com/world-bank-ypp-interview/
I'm serious thinking about getting a mock interview with them? Do you guys have any kind of review about their service?
Thank you so much!
Congratulations for your interview. Can you share how many people they will be invited to the interview?
