A little of advice from someone who has gone through several massive searches in big International organizations. Don't expect rejections emails. They are very random. Sometimes you get them on the spot (nice, no waiting). Other times they sent them only when everything is over, even though you were rejected from week 1. Sometimes ....... you never get them. I have participated in 5 massive processes (never got hired, made it to panels and intermediate steps several times though). In 3 I never got a rejection email. One of them even still says "in process" as status, even though it took place 2 years ago (of course it's over, they even did a full new process).
I see that many are waiting for a rejection email as closure, suggesting that there could still be hope. My strong advice is to forget about it. You might never get it. The best approach is to recognize at which stage the process is (by checking here o with people you know) and only have hope if you have gone through EACH of them (no such thing as "I get to skip steps because I'm awesome", these processes are highly bureaucratic and several checks MUST be filled even if you are the worldwide master of public policy). If it is the case that things don't look nice, better focus on other searches or on how to improve your chances for the next process.
Best of luck.

Facts. I remember when I first applied I got a rejection email within the first month. I got the closure that I needed, lifted myself up and told myself, well you still have 3 more chances and now on my second trial, I’ve made it to the hireview interview!

Tomorrow is the day everyone!!!!
I hope you're right so this telenovela can be over, but I still think they're going to send the invites early in the week for interviews happening on the same week, giving us not a lot of time to prepare. Obviously just guessing, since creating theories about this process has become the purpose of my life lately haha

Somebody posted that the Spring Meetings end this week and that means that they will (probably, with a truck of salt) send the invites next week - the week starting the 12th. But the meetings actually finish on the 16th - so isn't that reason to believe that they will probably send it after the week starting the 19th? Which is already past mid-April. The conspiracy theories on this forum are too muchhh
