Did anyone who got shortlisted last year NOT make it to panel interviews this year? that’s really weird to me

Update: out of the 56 that passed the interview , 38 got job offers in 2021

Ho guys! What are the chances of lending a senior position at the bank, if I am 7 years of experience (for senior position the bank requires 8 yrs) plus actual experience they require for the job? Thanks in advance.
