Where did you see the eligible Countries? I thought that every year all member countries are eligible to apply.

In the previous editions, they had nationality requirements: to be a citizen of a World Bank member country or countries of operations. This year, they don't mention that.

I doubt the bank would exclude those documents from the application. It doesn't make sene. It's the standard every year. I think it's better to submit it anyway. Let's see if they update the information about the essay.

The WBG just update the site. We must submit:
- Resume/CV
- Academic Transcripts
- 2 Short Essays
- Short Summary of Thesis or Dissertation (World Bank candidates only)
- 3 Professional or Academic Recommendations (Recommendations will be requested via email during the eligibility screening stage).
