I think that, on average, for finance Princeton >> Yale, and for metrics/IO Yale > Princeton.
Check faculty and what they do, and weight in which area you like the most. If you are 100% interested in finance, maybe Princeton is a better fit but if you are not so convinced for one area you should think it through.
Also, check the JMP of people in those areas in both schools, not for the topics or research ideas per se but for the way they answer the questions (i.e., if one department answering something in a more applied way or theoretical way, and if that's something you would like to do in a future)
