The "median Yt woman" has only illustrative value. Yts are overweight mainly because of cultural reasons such as easy availability of processed foods in the US (as opposed to, say, E. Europe). People date/marry an individual woman, not the median of a race.
More competition is obviously unwelcome to Yt women. But not everyone wants to date Azn either.
